All computer components sold by us carry their respective original manufacturer warranties. Workstation upgrades (such as RAM or SSDs) are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Our technical repair operations carry a 30-day labor warranty from the date of service handback.

2. Diagnostic and Service Fees

Basic diagnostics are performed onsite or in our workshop. A diagnostic fee may apply if a repair quote is rejected by the customer. Service quotes must be approved before technicians begin chip-level soldering or hardware replacements.

3. Data Loss Liability Disclaimer

4. Payment Terms

Payments for computer sales and hardware parts must be completed upon delivery. AMC contracts are billed annually in advance. Support invoices must be settled within the specified terms to maintain support ticket priorities.
